We offer a wide variety of catering options like elegant buffets, simple hors d' oeuvres and party trays, box lunches or sit down dinners. Our qualified caterers prepare tantalizing fresh quality foods to please the palate, as well as the eye.

All catering menus are subject to a 18% Food Service Fee (With china: Minimum of $165.00 up to 75 people. Minimum of $295.00 for 75 to 150 people. Minimum $425.00 for 151 on up.) or delivery ($30.00). Applicable sales tax and price subject to change. The food service fee includes a deluxe buffet presentation with colored overlays, props, elevations, buffet attendant(s), equipment and delivery charge. China in all of the menus can be substituted with black marble prestige placesettings.

If you provide your own caterer, an Outside Catering Fee of $400.00 for the Jamaica or $300.00 for the Buccaneer is charged. We also require your caterer to provide a certificate of insurance naming Wagner Charter Company as additionally insured.

Guest tables are set with matching containers of salt, pepper, butter and sugar dishes. Fresh baked bread in wicker baskets, lemon laced water carafes and coffee thermal containers are served directly to guests tables. Our friendly uniformed service staff will be available to set guest tables, serve your selected menu and clear guest tables.
